BALTI CHILI CHICKEN

ASSALAMUALAIKUM...

Baru plan nak ngarang panjang2 sket tp terbantut kes dpt panggilan telefon yg nak ermmm... tak yah cakap la ek.. kita simpan dulu hal tu.. So kita terus pd masakan kali ni..

Disebabkan masa yg tak mengizinkan, K.Nor terpaksa share resipi ayam jer la dulu. Kalau ikutkan ada nasi special yg K.Nor gandingkan dgn ayam ni tp kena buat entri lain la pulak. Tak sempat nak menaip resipi tu dr buku masakan yg K.Nor cuba tu. Harap maaf dan harap dpt bersabar ya.. Kalau diiznkan, K.Nor akan cuba masukkan entri tu ptg ni.. Kalau tak, esok aje la ya.. ^__^

Resipi ayam kali ni mmg osemmmmmmmmm sgt2.. Memang mabeles, memang menjilat jari tau. Tambah lg bila digandingkan dgn nasi berperisa yg K.Nor buat tu. Berbaloi2 mencuba resipi yg K.Nor dpt dari blog Ayu S'pore ni. Sangat2 yummyyyy! Kalau nak masak dan gandingkan dgn nasi putih pun ok, dgn nasi tomato pun ok gak, insyaallah.. Nasi berperisa lain spt Nasi Ketumbar, Nasi Serai pun boleh.. no problemo.. Kita yg buat dia kan.. insyaallah tetap menjadi gandingan yg mantop..

Mekasih Ayu, berkongsi resipi BALTI CHILI CHICKEN yg sgt2 sedap ni.. Dan kepada pengunjung SGNor67, sila la buat.. mmg recommended! :)

Method
Heat the oil and fry the marinated chicken till cooked, but not till crispy. Drained chicken. Using the same oil pour some away if oil is too much. Lower the heat slightly and add the sliced green chillies. Fry until the skins start to change colour.
Add in diced onion, chopped garlics, curry leaves, ground coriander, cumin powder, salt & seasoning, and fry for a few seconds, stirring continuously. Add some water if mixture is too dry.
Add in back the chicken pieces and stir-fry for 7 - 10 minutes, or until the chicken is incorporated with gravy.Add tomatoes, add more water if needed. Stir well.
Sprinkle on the lime juice and add in coriander leaves.
Add the tomatoes mix all, ready to serve with naan or paratha. Ayu just served with plain white rice.
