Moist Roast Chicken

Moist Roast Chicken, resipi asal dr Tulip aka Fiza. Dia buat utk dimakan dgn nasi ayam tp K.Nor tak buat pun nasi ayam, cuma makan dgn nasi putih jer. Cuma K.Nor buat gak sos kicap (dr resipi Nasi Ayam Ipoh by Quinnie). Resipi K.Nor amik kat rumah AlongRoz. Dah berjauh berjalan resipi ni, dr Dublin ke Miri, pastu ke Jepun, Siam.. pastu mana ek? Tak pasti la pulak.. Al maklum la.. skrg ni masa terhad, tak boleh nak merempit ke blog2 cam dulu.. Apa pun mintak izin dr Fiza nak C&P resipi ni kat sini. Dan mekacih jugak buat Along, sbb K.Nor copy kat rumah dia.. hehe..




MOIST ROAST CHICKEN by Tulip MyR

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Chicken - cut into 6-8 pieces
4 cloves Garlic*
1" Ginger*
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds*
1 tbsp Fennel Seeds* (* blended)
1 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Honey
2 tbs Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp Chili Sauce
1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
4 tbsp Water
Butter

METHOD:
1. Mix all of them.
Marinate for 30 min.
2. Place in a baking dish.
Place some butter on top.
3. Bake 190C for 60 min.
4. Top with brown sauce & serve with Chicken Rice or plain rice.
