Moist Banana Bread

Nama nya Moist Banana Bread, tp bila makan tak rasa cam makan roti pisang. Lebih kepada mcm rasa kek pisang. Apa pun rasa dia sedap dan nak buat pun mudah sgt. Semua main godek by hand gitu jer. Tak perlukan mixer pun. K.Nor amik resipi kat rumah AmFlora. Juga letak choc chips spt yg Am buat. Bagi yg kurang suka manis cukup dah rasanya kalau guna 1/2 cawan jer gula. K.Nor buat tu pun guna 1/2 cawan gula gak tp bila ada tambahan choc chips terasa gak manisnya tu.

MOIST BANANA BREAD
3 or 4 ripe bananas, smashed*
1/3 cup melted butter*
1 cup sugar (can easily reduce to 3/4 cup)* (maybe 1/2 cup lagi ok)
1 egg, beaten*
1 teaspoon vanilla*
1 teaspoon baking soda*
Pinch of salt*
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).With a wooden spoon, mix butter into the mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl.Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla.Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in.Add the flour last, mix.Pour mixture into a buttered 4x8 inch loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour. Cool on a rack.Remove from pan and slice to serve.

* K.Nor bakar tak sampai pun 1 jam. Lebih kurang 45 min jer. Mana2 yg nak cuba tu test dulu bila cukup 40/45 min. Kalau dah tak melekat bolehlah dikeluarkan dr oven.
